Andrew is a seasoned financial professional with deep expertise in executive-level finance, strategic business advisory, and exit planning. He specializes in guiding business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families through complex financial decisions, helping them optimize enterprise value, structure investment strategies, and achieve their philanthropic and lifestyle goals.
With experience spanning corporate finance, manufacturing, and startups, Andrew has held key leadership roles, notably with Hunter Douglas, a global leader in custom window treatments. He has served in many roles, including Director of Finance, Manager of FP&A, and Plant Controller, leading growth initiatives, capital investments, and large-scale operational transformations. Notably, he played a pivotal role in a multi-year footprint redesign initiative, resulting in the establishment of a new international manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.
Andrew is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He leverages his financial acumen to help business owners and families navigate liquidity events, succession planning, and long-term wealth strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. An avid outdoorsman, he is passionate about dirt bike riding, upland game hunting, and snowboarding. He is also proficient in English and Spanish.
