Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration a Finance from Weber State University. He also earned an associate degree in Emergency Care and Rescue while serving full-time as a Deputy Sheriff Paramedic for the Davis County Sheriff Office. Assignments included investigations, courtroom security, civil processing, and Sergeant of the Emergency Services Division.

In 1990 Brian started a new career on Wall Street with Smith Barney Harris Upham & Company quickly building a reputation of quality work and ethics in Salt Lake City. Brian advanced to First Vice President – Investment Officer at Smith Barney, UBS AG Group Switzerland, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Brian is the primary advisor for Investment strategies and investment management at Three Peaks Wealth Management.

Brian enjoys many hobbies including woodworking, OHV riding with his family, and creates great smokey BBQ in the back yard.

Peter has been serving the needs of his clients since 2000. He specializes in retirement and legacy planning for individuals, families, and business owners along with key corporate executives. An important aspect of planning involves understanding the complexity of Social Security and its relationship to the overall income plan.

Peter was born and raised in Gympie, Queensland, Australia where he lived until attending Oklahoma State University in 1982 on a tennis scholarship. Peter won numerous Big Eight Conference titles and was named an All-American with honors in 1985. Peter graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration and Management.

In his personal time, Peter spends time with his lovely wife Sharene and extended family playing tennis, golf, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and other outdoor activities.

Cathy M. Weese

Cathy is the supervisor of client services and operations. Her organizational skills play a vital role in ensuring superior client service from the moment a relationship is established. With her accounting background Cathy offers a wealth of knowledge to help guide your tax preparation and will work directly with your CPA or tax specialist. Cathy is a valuable resource you will enjoy working with.

Cathy was born in Idaho and grew up in the small town of Colfax, Washington. Cathy graduated with an accounting degree from Ensign College and has over 45 years of experience working with public accounting firms, Kroger Corporation, and was a senior administrative assistant with both Smith Barney and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Cathy is also the “director of culture” for her husband, 4 sons and 8 grandchildren. This second supervisory role includes off road ATV riding, maintaining marksmanship level shooting skills, and being in high demand from her grandchildren along with her English Setters, Butch and Sundance.

Andrew B Weese CMA, CEPA®

Andrew is a seasoned financial professional with deep expertise in executive-level finance, strategic business advisory, and exit planning. He specializes in guiding business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families through complex financial decisions, helping them optimize enterprise value, structure investment strategies, and achieve their philanthropic and lifestyle goals.

With experience spanning corporate finance, manufacturing, and startups, Andrew has held key leadership roles, notably with Hunter Douglas, a global leader in custom window treatments. He has served in many roles, including Director of Finance, Manager of FP&A, and Plant Controller, leading growth initiatives, capital investments, and large-scale operational transformations. Notably, he played a pivotal role in a multi-year footprint redesign initiative, resulting in the establishment of a new international manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

Andrew is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He leverages his financial acumen to help business owners and families navigate liquidity events, succession planning, and long-term wealth strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. An avid outdoorsman, he is passionate about dirt bike riding, upland game hunting, and snowboarding. He is also proficient in English and Spanish.
